The Customer agrees to present an imageless disclaimer home page with means of exit to visitors before granting access to any interior areas. Personal websites with 3rd party affilite sales links are OK provided the site does not require a user to log in with a username or password to access any of the Web site's content. You may not resell our hosting services to any clients or customers that sell adult content. In some jurisdictions, even the notice and advertisement of adult-oriented services may be illegal. It is your sole responsibility to learn the laws that govern what you are and are not allowed to post on your Web site. We are in no way judging anyone. Please feel free contact us for our listing of recommended adult hosting firms for such sites prohibited below. All models must be 18 or over We may, at any time, at our sole discretion, require you to provide legal documentation fulfilling the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 for our review. Any Customer found to be in noncompliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 or any other applicable law may have their account suspended or revoked at the sole discretion of Webpage Handyman. We will cooperate fully with any criminal investigation into a Customer's violation of the Child Protection Act of 1984 concerning child pornography, or any other applicable international, federal, state, or local law that prohibits child pornography. According to the Child Protection Act, child pornography includes photographs, films, video, or any other type of visual presentation that shows a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of eighteen years and is engaged in or is depicted as engaged in explicit sexual activity, or the dominant characteristic of which is the depiction, for a sexual purpose, of a sexual organ or the anal region of a person under the age of eighteen years or any written material or visual representation that advocates or counsels sexual activity with a person under the age of eighteen years. Violations of the Child Protection Act may be reported to the U.S. Customs Agency at 1-800-BEALERT Content not allowed: We will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Bandwidth and sales Adult Oriented Sites where the primary intent is sales of subscription services are not allowed. Sites selling audio, video, and software downloading are not allowed. Gateway sites who's pages have little to no text content and are filled with 3rd party links are NOT allowed. Thumbnal Gallery Page aka TGP sites are also NOT allowed. Our intent is to protect the usablilty of the other sites located on our shared servers. The bandwidth such as there prohibited sites use can be enormous, many times in the 100's of gigabytes per month.
